Can I create multiple user accounts for my business?

Yes, our Enterprise plan allows for multiple user accounts under a single business profile. This is ideal for larger organizations where different team members handle various aspects of partnerships.

Matching Process

How does the matching algorithm work?

Our AI-powered algorithm analyzes multiple factors including industry, product categories, geographic location, business size, and specific requirements to find the most compatible partners for your business. Each match is given a compatibility score based on how well your criteria align.

How often are new matches generated?

New matches are generated automatically as new businesses join the platform or update their profiles. You'll receive notifications when new matches are found. Additionally, our system runs a comprehensive matching process weekly to ensure you don't miss any potential partnerships.

Can I decline a match?

Yes, you can decline any match that doesn't interest you. This helps our algorithm learn your preferences and improve future match recommendations. Declined matches won't appear in your active matches list, but you can review them later if you change your mind.

Meetings & Communication

How do I schedule a meeting with a match?

Once you've been matched, you can use our integrated calendar system to propose meeting times. Simply go to your match's profile, click "Schedule Meeting," and select available time slots. The system syncs with your existing calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Can I communicate with my matches before scheduling a meeting?

Yes, our platform includes a secure messaging system that allows you to communicate with your matches before scheduling a formal meeting. This is a great way to introduce yourself and determine if there's potential for a productive partnership.

Are virtual meetings supported on the platform?

Yes, our platform supports virtual meetings through integrated video conferencing. When scheduling a meeting, you can choose between in-person or virtual formats. For virtual meetings, the system automatically generates a secure video conference link that both parties can access at the scheduled time.

Subscription & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoice payment options with net-30 terms.

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated charges for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days, contact our support team for a full refund. After this period, we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

Currently, Connect 1to1 is optimized for mobile browsers, providing a responsive experience on smartphones and tablets. Dedicated iOS and Android apps are in development and will be released soon.

Privacy & Security

How is my business information protected?

Your business information is protected through multiple security measures. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. Your profile remains private and is only visible to matches that meet your criteria. We never sell your data to third parties.

Who can see my profile information?

Your profile is only visible to businesses that have been matched with you based on compatibility criteria. Your information is never publicly displayed or searchable. You control what information is shared and with whom.

Can I delete my account and all associated data?

Yes, you can delete your account at any time through your account settings. When you delete your account, all your personal information and business data are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, in accordance with our data retention policy.
